Turn-around, Postage & Returns

Turn-around

We post our items both within the UK and Internationally. From the payment of an order, we aim to send out your order within 5 WORKING days, if the orders are particularly large they may take longer, if you want them for a particular date please contact us to make sure it is possible.

Postage & Packaging

Costs are calculated at checkout.  Deliveries within the UK may expect to be received within 3-5 working days & deliveries worldwide may expect to be received within 7-10 days. We do not accept responsibility for delays, losses, damages or errors caused by the postal system, third party carriers and/or electronic mail.
In extremely rare circumstances, any losses or damages caused by the postal system, third party carriers and/or electronic mail will not be our responsibility and items will need to be re-purchased and paid for, in full, by the customer.
With new EU rules and regulations coming into effect as of 1st July 2021, there will now be additional charges from the EU.
The EU removed the €22 import VAT exemption, which means all customers will have to pay import VAT on all goods being sold into the EU.

Returns Policy

Personalised items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Generic designs without personalisation will be eligible for a refund or exchange if the item itself is faulty. Personalised and tailor-made items are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations. In the event of finding a fault relating to the product you have received or the print that we have applied for you, please inform us by email within 12 hours of delivery, so we can act to rectify this for you. Where possible, please provide us with photographs of any issue(s) with the item(s) you have received, so we can gauge a better understanding of the problem and come to a suitable resolution.
In some instances, we may ask for the item to be returned so we can investigate. If we believe it is an issue with the product, we will reprint and refund postage back to us. If, however, it is something caused by mistreatment or not following our enclosed care instructions we will contact you to arrange returning your item back to you at your cost or offering an alternative option.
